Dominic Farrell

Dominic is the founder of Bewarethesharks.com. He is a full time property investor and developer in the UK and overseas, has a degree in Economics and a Masters degree in Business. He is a guest speaker at property industry events and his views are sought by UK and international press, television and radio. He also writes articles for property investment journals, newspapers and MSN.  He is the author of the bestselling property investment book, The Jet-to-Let Bible, editor of The Jet-to-Let Magazine and is a partner in a large international property company.

Gina Martinelli

Gina is the cheerful person you will speak to when phoning us at Bewarethesharks.com. Gina co-ordinates all the Bewarethesharks.com courses, ensuring that our clients receive first-rate customer service. Gina is also PA to Dominic and Office Manager. She joined us in March 2006 from the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce, has an honours degree in Organisation & Management from Lancaster University and is qualified in Occupational Health and Safety.

Russell Cordingley

Russell is our web developer who joined Bewarethesharks.com initially as a placement student on the "Business Bridge" programme covering the 3 Liverpool universities. Russell is a Computer Studies graduate specialising in web technologies and search engine optimisation, in addition to his role with Bewarethesharks.com he is currently studying for an MSc in Web Computing.

Clare Thorpe

Clare is a researcher and writer and assists Dominic with website content and investment research. She has a first class degree in Business Studies from Lancaster University and joined Bewarethesharks.com fresh from university in September 2006.
