Property Investor Profiling

Using the latest profiling techniques used in the City and industry, we will analyse your personality and business approach in order to determine your investment risk profile. This will assist you greatly in developing an investment strategy that will work for you. It is completed on-line and discussed at the start of the course with a psychologist, who is an expert in the field of behavioural psychology.

This is an important step in determining your property investment strategy. We are all different, and have different tolerances to risk, different goals and ambitions and different life and financial commitments.

There is no 'one size fits all' approach to property investment.

Property Investment Strategies

Step by step, we will take you through the thought processes and actions involved in creating an investment strategy that is tailored to your own individual property investor profile. We are all different and strategies need to reflect this. One size does not fit all.

We have a specific strategy which is effective in all market conditions, and we will show you examples of both successful and unsuccessful investments.

We also look at other strategies, including "off plan", holiday lets, cash versus growth models, Jet-to-Let, Commercial, Students and Funds using the Investment Possibility Curve. We will show how different strategies suit certain market conditions more than others.

We will also show you how to expand a portfolio indefinitely to maximise wealth.
