Bewarethesharks.com Refund Policy

• If the reservation is made more than 14 days before the course, a £100 deposit per delegate is required to secure the booking. This is non-refundable.
• The balance must then be paid no later than 14 days before the course date.
• If a reservation is made less than 14 days before the course date, the full amount must be paid upfront.
• Reservations made less than 7 days before the course date must be paid for by Bacs transfer, credit card, or by cash on arrival (a cheque is not acceptable at this stage as time is not sufficient for banking).
• Once paid, course fees cannot be refunded. In exceptional circumstances only, a paid course fee may be transferred to another date. This is at the discretion of BewaretheSharks.com and a request must be submitted in writing. If this is allowed, the fee can only be carried over once.
• All deposits and course fees must be paid to Bold Spirit Ltd.
